This home renovation included a new kitchen, laundry and bathroom and, needless to say, the results were outstanding!
This was the second project we had completed for this client based at Avalon on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. To maximise the space, walls were removed to create a vast open plan living space.
The kitchen renovation included a newly released Smartstone benchtop in Statuario Venato which continued through to the backsplash. The polyurethane cabinet doors featured a stylish shark-nose handle profile.
Setting off this open and bright space, where the stunning pendant lights imported from Indonesia and the oak stools with white fabric cushions.

- Undermount sink cut out
- Smartstone Nieve White bench top cooking area
- Blum soft closing hardware
- Blum antaro silk white drawer systems
- Under cabinet LED strip lighting
- Integrated dish washer
- Vivid White polyurethane sharknose finger pull doors & drawer fronts
- Removal of separating kitchen/living room space
- Installation of upper floor support beam, concealed by gyprock ceiling
- Travertine 600×600 floor tiles laid throughout new room
