This clean, modern kitchen and house renovation at Mosman on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, is indicative of how a mix of white and natural elements combines to create a timeless appeal that will stand the test of time.
When we visited this home, pre-renovation, with the client the first thing we discussed with removing a dividing wall that was separating the living area from the kitchen. As our photos attest – the result was a huge space with a welcoming sense of space and plenty of natural light flooding in.
One of our tips, when substantial space is available, is to consider a galley-style kitchen design. Galley kitchens offer the convenience of dual entry from both ends of the kitchen. They also eliminate problems that can arise when there is no alternative but to use corner cupboards for storage. .
Another advantage when we removed the former dividing wall was the seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor living areas.
The integration of appliances including the fridge/freezer and dishwashers further added to the seamless and clean appeal of this modern kitchen design.
